Gamin + Calvary } San Francisco, CA

Loved this wedding! The couple, the details, family and friends, the fact that Gamin whipped up homemade scones from scratch on the morning of her wedding. But this didn't surprise me because when I met Gamin she was in the process of hand sewing her own dress. I immediately knew it was an event I wanted to be a part of. I was right! The Red Heron } Bolinas, CA

Molly Watson and I photographed this beautiful house tucked away in the hills of Bolinas, ca. "The community is perhaps best known for its reclusive residents. Historically, it is only accessible via unmarked roads; any road sign along nearby Hwy 1 that points the way into town has been torn down by residents". I can understand why the locals would want to keep this place secret. You can find the listing to this amazing vacation rental here.

Tracy and Jacob } San Francisco

My work with Tracy and Jacob was short and sweet. We met up at City Hall for a few photos and then meandered a way towards the party at Axis Cafe. It was an intimate dinner in a beautiful setting, good family and friends - what more do you need, really? Heather Williams did an amazing job with the flowers and table settings. All in all, a fabulous celebration.

Who doesn't like a holiday themed winter wedding? I mean...c'mon! Although Joe and Taura followed some typical wedding traditions it was mostly a super unique celebration that was sincere, homemade, unexpected and oh, so sweet! There was even a talent show. You guys are the best. Now I'm just sad that you live so far away. Have fun with the photos!

Abby and Tai } Washington DC

This year was filled with great clients and Abby and Tai were absolutely among them. It was a beautiful weekend in DC. Not only was it Halloween weekend but also the weekend of a big democratic rally, so needless to say, lots of energy in the city. The Tabard Inn in Dupont Circle was perfect for their smaller wedding and very reminiscent of an old English manor with a bit of quirkiness. Loved, loved this wedding and I wish you both the best!

Emily + Jason

Ralston Retreat is a pretty spectacular place for a wedding. Winding drive up through a redwood grove not far from the center of Mill Valley, Ca. But what made this particular day even more amazing wasn't just the scenery but the couple that brought all of their friends and family together. Emily and Jason are a one of a kind couple. Really sweet and thoughtful and just good people. I wish you both the best and hope to hear from you again in the future. Molly say's hi as well!

Rudy and Vivan - NYC

Rudy and Vivan, you are special people. And even after 20 hours of travel time, even after my camera bag was run over by a taxi on my way back from Naples, my tripod left in a cab, I still had the most rewarding and fantastic time at your wedding, jet lagged and all. i love you guys! What an amazing wedding and celebration. Can't wait to catch up and laugh again. cheers.

Pretty fantastic day, right? I must admit that, clearly, I was VERY excited for your wedding weekend! I know, I know.... it was rough taking in all the views of Taormino but we managed it and the memory of that hillside town will always be pretty sweet and special to me (and I'm sure everyone else). I, hereby, vote for a 25 year reunion, same place and same awesome people. Well... lets include those few that couldn't make it, right. And you know who you are! Just want to say thanks for letting Molly and I be apart of the festivities. Honestly, such a unique and special wedding. Your family and friends were so awesome and I have this great memory of you and Steff skipping through the day. You guys are going to have an amazing life together. I can tell. I could photograph Courtenay and John over and over again. One night at the mansion turned into a fun party with friends laughing and goofing around a lot. It's a great friendship. Many more shoots to come. I know this. Can't wait to hang with you guys in sf. love and love.

All i can say is WOW! Molly and I had a great time with Annabelle and Chris. Everything was so well thought out and the venue *which was her grandmother's house* was perfect for the occasion. Ceremony in a long grassy field, cocktails by the pool and dinner under the trees. yea - fantastic evening. I wish i was part of the crew that plunged in the pool, fully clothed, at midnight. Great couple, amazing friends and family, fabulous food and stunning views. There's not much more to say, other than this couple was so loving and caring *with awesome family to boot* that this wedding would've been as lovely if it were held in an alley way. may 2010} spring semester is over!

My parents came out two days after my last final in school. The weather here in Portland, I can happily say, cooperated and we definitely took advantage of that. Lots of great dinners, trip to the coast, picnic in the Rose gardens and Sauvie Island. good times had by all.
